Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control "B" Circuit/Open

The secondary turbocharger or supercharger boost control circuit is open, broken, or disconnected, preventing regulation of the second boost stage. The engine cannot control secondary boost pressure. Your vehicle will have reduced power and may not operate correctly at higher speeds.
