Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control "B" Circuit Low

The secondary turbocharger or supercharger boost control system is producing less pressure than required, with a stuck or leaking boost valve or weak solenoid. The secondary stage cannot build adequate pressure. Engine power will be noticeably reduced.
