Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Control Circuit High

The electric pump that cools the turbocharger's charge air cooler is receiving too much electrical power or has a short circuit. An electrical fault is causing the pump circuit to malfunction. This can damage the pump or prevent proper cooling of the turbocharger inlet air.
