Sensor Reference Voltage "D" Circuit Low

One of the engine computer's sensor reference voltage supplies is running too low, weakening the signal to multiple sensors. This is caused by a wiring fault, poor connection, or internal computer damage. Sensors may provide inaccurate readings, leading to rough running or starting problems.
