Sensor Reference Voltage "B" Circuit Range/Performance

The engine computer's second sensor reference voltage supply is not stable or operating in the correct voltage range. This causes sensors dependent on this supply to operate unreliably. Engine performance will suffer due to inaccurate sensor readings.
