Reductant Heater "D" Control Circuit Low

The electrical signal to the fourth reductant heater is too low, preventing proper heating of the exhaust treatment fluid. Low signal voltage indicates a wiring or power delivery problem. Diesel emissions control performance will suffer, particularly in cold conditions.
