The main catalytic converter in the exhaust system (Bank 1) has overheated, exceeding safe operating temperatures. This is usually caused by excessive fuel in the exhaust or a malfunctioning sensor triggering too much reductant injection. Continued driving may cause permanent damage to the expensive catalyst.
