Bank 1 Air/Fuel Ratio Imbalance

The engine is running too rich or too lean on the left side (Bank 1), meaning the fuel-to-air ratio is unbalanced. This is detected by the oxygen sensors and indicates a problem with fuel delivery or air intake on that side. The vehicle may run rough, use more fuel, or produce excess emissions.
