Cylinder 11 Deactivation/Intake Valve Control Circuit Low

The intake valve control circuit on cylinder 11 is receiving a voltage signal that is too low to operate the deactivation solenoid. Without adequate power, the cylinder cannot be deactivated to save fuel, and fuel economy will suffer. Check the wiring, battery voltage, and control module connections.
